What's your core desire?

If you're waiting until you make all your dreams a reality to allow yourself to feel fulfilled, you might be waiting forever. You have to find something in every day that is going to make you feel fulfilled. Otherwise, nothing you do is ever going to feel like it's enough.


Start by figuring out your core desire 🔍

The real reason you want to achieve that dream… is it:

  • 🛋 Comfort

  • Time

  • 🕊 Freedom

  • 🛡 Security

  • 💖 Self-worth


Maybe something else?? (Money doesn’t count 💸❌—money is just a tool for achieving what you really want.)


What desire are you actually trying to satisfy through that dream?


Your core desire can change as you change, and that’s okay. How you'll feel tomorrow, next month, next year, or five years from now doesn’t matter. Figure out what your core desire is IN THIS MOMENT and take small actions that let you experience that fulfillment.


How to start feeling fulfilled NOW 🔑

If comfort is what makes you feel fulfilled, find a small, achievable task you can commit to—like putting on a fuzzy pair of socks or drinking warm tea —and add it to your daily routine. Do it often and allow yourself to truly feel the fulfillment it brings.


Notice how it feels in your body. Sit with that feeling. Enjoy that feeling ✨


The same way your brain doesn’t know the difference between a real or imagined scenario, it doesn’t differentiate whether your fulfillment came from achieving your biggest goal or from one small, indirect action. All your brain knows is that your core desire is being satisfied.


DO NOT set unrealistic expectations for yourself. ❌🚫

Meet yourself where you’re at—even if it feels really far from where you want to be.


You deserve to have experiences that allow you to feel fulfilled BEFORE you're in the position to make all the changes necessary to be where you want to be.


As you experience more fulfillment, it will become easier to take actions directly aligned with the physical reality you're seeking but at first that part doesn't really matter.


At first, the point is to let your body and your brain know fulfillment is possible


The quickest way to make your most delusional dreams a reality ✨💭 is allowing yourself to experience the same fulfillment doing the mundane. If you don’t learn to do that, you’re going to feel lifeless and unfulfilled long before you get to make your dreams come true.


Maybe a comfy pair of socks isn't the key to your success but allowing yourself to feel GOOD is - let the comfy socks be the first step! Let the first step be ENOUGH!



Imagine trying to jump 20 steps to the top of the staircase because you believed thats the only way getting to the top of the stairs is allowed to feel good. Imagine believing if you simply walked up the stairs it wasn't worth feeling good about. You'd probably be pretty upset with yourself when you couldn't achieve that jump. You'd feel like a failure, like fulfillment was out of reach - not because you actually are a failure or because it is out of reach but because you set unrealistic expectations for your own fulfillment.


You don’t have to write a new reality by tomorrow 📖✨


You just have to figure out the desire that makes the reality you're wishing for feel fulfilling—and keep choosing things and taking actions that satisfy that desire.


Let that be enough while you work toward what you want! 🎯


If you do, eventually your brain will become so programmed for fulfillment  that it will find it even when you aren’t looking. That doesn’t mean fulfillment will be everywhere, all the time. It just means it will be easier to find.


Because as life goes, it ebbs and flows, one day you'll find yourself feeling unfulfilled again. When you inevitably do, just ask yourself:
